I’m Simon Watts, personal trainer, exercise specialist and reformer pilates instructor, and I’m passionate about the power of health and fitness to help you live a full and active life.
Whether you are undergoing treatment for cancer, looking to stay active in later life, recovering from an injury, or want to lose fat and build muscle, I’ll help you embed healthy habits and give you the knowledge to develop a safe, sustainable and effective approach to exercise.
I’ve created Yes You Can Fitness to help build your confidence to exercise whether training online or in person. Together we’ll focus on what you can do, not what you can’t.
