Why Yes You Can?

As a personal trainer and reformer pilates instructor, I work with people of all ages, abilities and situations. The ethos of Yes You Can Fitness is to help people who may be nervous about exercise: maybe you feel you’ve left it too late to start, or are undergoing cancer treatment and are not sure what your body can safely do? Or perhaps you are struggling with an injury which leaves you scared to exercise, which is stopping you getting back to doing all the things you love to do. 

 

Using a mixture of resistance exercises, pilates and mobility training, I’ll work with you to create a tailored, motivating, sustainable and enjoyable approach to exercise. 

 

As an experienced lifestyle and career coach, I’ll help you focus on what you can do, not what you can’t. Together we’ll build your confidence and get you stronger, fitter and ready to enjoy a more active life.

  • Level 4 Award in Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation, CanRehab Trust

  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, Active IQ 

  • Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral, Active IQ

  • Reformer Pilates Instructor, Frame Academy  

  • Graduate of Executive Career Coaching programme, Strength Focused Leadership
